Medicorp, Inc is seeking a skilled Urologist to join our busy practice in a newly renovated department. Our team of 2 Urologists and 2 Physician Assistants work together in a collegial environment, providing excellent patient care and support.
Work ScheduleWe offer a flexible work schedule with the option to choose Monday to Friday, working 4 days a week (32 patient contact hours). This allows for a great work-life balance and reduces burnout.
Call and Clinic ResponsibilitiesOur Urologist will be responsible for 18-22 clinic patients per day, with a 1:3 call schedule. This provides a manageable workload and allows for focused patient care.
Outreach OpportunitiesWe offer opportunities for outreach and professional development, allowing our Urologist to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus and residency stipend. Our organization is certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities, ensuring a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system.
RequirementsTo be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Urology. Pediatric Urology experience is a plus, but not required.
