Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining excellent patient care and operational productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Veterinarians with patient preparation, monitoring, and restraint during exams and surgeries.
  • Obtain and test samples for diagnostic purposes.
  • Administer medications and provide accurate dosage instructions to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to obtain medical information and provide care instructions.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Specialist team as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
  • At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience.
  • Ability to restrain animals safely and properly.
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and medication.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
