Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fun and engaging fitness classes for children, creating a positive and supportive learning environment, and building strong relationships with our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fitness classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, incorporating gymnastics, sports, games, and movement activities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of our members
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and develop their physical and social skills
  • Build strong relationships with our members and their families, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Background in fitness, gymnastics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
