Hygiene and Sanitation Specialist

We are a leading provider of hygiene and sanitation services for commercial establishments and property managers. Our team of professionally-trained and Citron Certified Technicians is committed to providing top-notch service and support.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Team as a Hygiene Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing customer washrooms, delivering products, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers
• Maintain and service equipment, including soap and sanitizer dispensers, air care cartridges, and liners
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products
• Ensure all equipment at customer sites is functioning properly
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
• Input all work activities in a smartphone device provided by the Company

• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk for extended periods
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good attendance and punctuality
• High school degree or equivalent
