Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at California University Of Science And Medicine. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to support our academic and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students on software applications and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in an academic or research setting.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL or Oracle.
  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
