Bartender Position

Lakeview Lanes Management LLC seeks a highly motivated and experienced Bartender to join our team. This dynamic role involves taking customer orders, maintaining the bar area's cleanliness, and creating an assortment of classic and innovative cocktails.

In this position, you will interact with customers, process transactions, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for mixology, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Engage with patrons, provide recommendations, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of mixology principles, cocktail recipes, and wine list navigation
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range $45,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization. Estimated annual salary: $55,000
