Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing a thorough audit of financial transactions and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Preparing daily reports and distributing them to management for review and analysis.
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
