Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and educate nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Patient Care: Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions.
  • Emergency Response: Respond in a lead role in case of a health emergency and therapeutically intervene to de-escalate patients' behavior.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Washington State RN license or the ability to obtain one by the start of employment.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience.
