- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for people being treated for behavioral health conditions.
- Emergency Response: Respond in a lead role in case of a health emergency and therapeutically intervene to de-escalate patients' behavior.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Washington State RN license or the ability to obtain one by the start of employment.
- Two years of professional nursing experience.
