Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Administer contrast media as required and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
  • Current certification in computed tomography (CT) scanning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Working Conditions

This is a travel position, working every 5th weekend. The shift is 5 x 8, running from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. On-call requirements are minimal, with no weekend on-call shifts.
