  • Receive and review repair orders from the service dispatcher.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance as specified, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dealership guidelines.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and implement necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to procure required components.
  • Document and tag parts for warranty purposes or customer requests.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
  • Communicate promptly with service advisors regarding any changes in repair requirements or timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed.
  • Conduct road tests as needed, ensuring customer vehicles are not used for personal errands.
  • Guide and mentor apprentice technicians as assigned.
  • Participate in factory-sponsored training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Stay updated on technical bulletins and service information from manufacturers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.

  • Possess ASE or equivalent training and certifications.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
