This Strategic Sourcing Manager role is part of our North America Commercial Procurement team and will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the AmCom and Supply Chain organizations in non-traditional routes to market.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for team leadership, business partnership, and creative problem-solving, as well as expertise in contractual terms & agreements with external vendors, strategic sourcing principles, and the procure-to-pay process.
This role requires a strong understanding of the following areas:
- RoutetoMarket (RTM)category strategy development and execution.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Procure-to-pay process optimization.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
