Position Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Flow Cytometry Scientist to enhance our cutting-edge cellular biomarker laboratory. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in immunology and cell biology, coupled with hands-on experience in flow cytometry and related methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute complex cellular assays including receptor quantification and immune-phenotyping.
2. Conduct flow cytometry experiments with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in method enhancement.
3. Manage daily operations of flow cytometers and time-lapse imaging systems, ensuring optimal performance through calibration and maintenance.
4. Assist in the development of assays and reagents for biomarker discovery utilizing mass cytometry techniques.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in immunology, cell biology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of laboratory experience in either academic or industrial environments is essential.
- Proven expertise in cell culture techniques, including handling primary immune cells and cell lines.
- Familiarity with multi-color flow cytometry and data analysis software such as FlowJo or Cytobank is required.
- Strong collaborative abilities and effective communication skills are crucial for success in a dynamic team setting.
