About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of complex facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Building and Office Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair of Facility Systems: Troubleshoot and repair complex facility systems, including electrical and mechanical systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Support for Facility Departments and Equipment: Provide technical support for all facility departments and equipment, including conveyors, refrigeration systems, printers, and other automated technologies.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our facility systems.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and train team members on new systems and equipment, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair, with a focus on industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Detailed knowledge of PLC logic and warehouse control systems, as well as the ability to read and comprehend complex electrical, mechanical, and automation system prints.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS, as well as the ability to learn and operate new systems and equipment.
