Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registration Clerk to join our team at ClearChoiceMD. As a key member of our urgent care center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, providing clear and concise information about our services and policies.
  • Accurately collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process patient payments and copays, maintaining accurate records and providing clear explanations of charges.
  • Assist patients with financial information, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of customer service experience in a medical practice or retail environment preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Athena, DocuTap, and/or When2Work is a plus, but not required.
