Circulating Nurse for Operating Room

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to become part of our Operating Room Team.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM
- On-call Requirement: 1 call shift per week
- Weekend On-call: 1 shift every 6 weeks
- Under the guidance of the Operating Room Coordinator and the OR Director, the RN will oversee nursing activities related to patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures.
- The RN serves as a resource and mentor to non-licensed staff.
- Care will be provided to adult patients, including older adults and some pediatric cases.
- Performance evaluations will be based on specific age-related competencies.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Nursing License
- Current CPR, ACLS certification; PALS preferred.
- Preferred minimum of two (2) years of experience in the operating room.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with hospital policies and operating room procedures.
- Demonstrated clinical proficiency in operating room nursing, with an understanding of the developmental needs of patients across all age groups.
