Hueman Risk Adjustment Solutions is actively seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner with our company, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding environment, conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Coshocton, OH.
About the OpportunityThis part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your professional goals with your personal life. You will have the freedom to work independently, conducting comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments and reviewing medical history to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Our team provides dedicated patient scheduling assistance, comprehensive home assessment training, and liability insurance options.
Responsibilities- Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
- Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance.
- Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures.
- Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license.
- Active State NP license.
- Active National board certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required.
