Responsibilities:


Delivering direct personal care, which includes bathing, oral hygiene, hair washing, changing bed linens, assisting with dressing, skin care to prevent breakdown, toileting support, maintaining a clean living space, and other tasks as assigned by the supervising healthcare professional.

Measuring and documenting vital signs such as oral, temporal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure as instructed (with appropriate demonstrated skills competency).

Executing basic procedures as an extension of nursing services as required (with appropriate demonstrated skills competency)
Assisting patients with self-administered medications.
Communicating any changes in the patient's condition to the assigned nurse or case manager.

Requirements:
State certification as a nurse aide.
Completion of required training programs.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Current CPR certification or equivalent as mandated by agency, state, and federal regulations.
Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and adequate automobile insurance.
