About the Role

Citizens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Owner to lead the development of innovative solutions for our Wealth Management business. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a streamlined state-of-the-art account onboarding platform that meets the complex needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop a product roadmap that aligns with our business strategy and customer needs, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Agile Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of technologists, designers, researchers, and marketers to drive the design and implementation of our account onboarding platform.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and needs, ensuring that our solutions meet the complex needs of our customers.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to drive the continued transformation from a project-based to a product-based organization focused on maximizing the value of the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, process/user interface design, with a deep understanding of Wealth Management organizations within Financial Services.
  • Skills: Advanced experience with agile approaches, design thinking, and front-to-back process reengineering and automation, with a strong knowledge of relevant Wealth Management products and services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
