Job DescriptionThe Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics. This position requires the ability to operate industrial lift trucks safely and efficiently, inspect vehicles regularly, and complete daily checklists. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate industrial lift trucks (hi-lo) to transport materials, tools, equipment, and products.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and report any maintenance issues.
- Perform daily vehicle checklists to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production and shipment deadlines.
- Previous experience in hi-lo driving or related roles preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, twisting, bending, squatting, climbing, standing, and walking.
