Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Master Plumbing & Heating. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our team of skilled technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service status updates, keeping them informed of any delays or changes.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, improving service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their needs are met and address any additional requirements.
  • Support the maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
