- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to improve patient outcomes and department performance.
- Collaborate with physicians, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize departmental performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in nursing care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
- Preferred: MSN, WOCN certification, and experience in wound care and hyperbaric therapy.
