About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior CAD Technician to join our Civil Engineering Land Development Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work on challenging land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with licensed Professional Engineers on civil engineering projects, including red-lining and preparation of site development plans.
  • Review plans with Project Managers for completeness and accuracy.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018-2021 software proficiently to create profiles, cross sections, and pipe networks.
  • Organize drawings to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a CAD Technician in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
