Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Galaxy Technology Hires LLC. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Job Summary:

The Labor and Delivery Nurse will be responsible for assessing, identifying, and prioritizing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience, promoting patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year Labor and Delivery Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
