Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to join our team at VAIR CORPORATION. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting our Account Managers with various tasks, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Verify product availability and costs, ensuring accurate information for our customers.
  • Order Processing: Enter customer quotes and orders into our system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Interface with Account Managers to clarify work processes and resolve any questions or concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including faxing confirming purchase orders to suppliers.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess a clear, pleasant speaking voice and be comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using an iPad and navigating our Company WIN10 Database.
  • Attendance and Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to attendance and reliability, ensuring seamless workflow and meeting deadlines.
