Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a long term acute care setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Valid State RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a long term acute care setting
