Regional Supervisor

Black Rocket Productions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Supervisor to oversee our tech enrichment programs in the Fort Bend ISD. As a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising instructors, interacting with students, parents, and program directors, and managing schedules and events.
Responsibilities:- Supervise instructors and ensure high-quality program delivery
- Interact with students, parents, and program directors to ensure a positive experience
- Manage schedules and events to ensure smooth program execution
- Provide feedback and evaluation to instructors
- Commit to the entire school season (September - May)
- Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting
- Experience managing schedules or planning events
- K-12 school experience ideal
- Comfortable with a range of technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of effective instructional practices
- $25 - $35/hr depending on experience and availability
- Part-time (10+ hours per week), seasonal position
