Option Care Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
- Review and validate prescription refill requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, verifying, and stocking supplies and materials.
- Provide exceptional patient support and experience, answering questions and responding to patient requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in routine patient deliveries and schedule appointments as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work areas, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Licensed or registered within 6 months of hire (if required by state).
- Successful completion of Option Care Health's designated training course within 6 months of hire (if licensure and/or training course is required by the state).
- Previous healthcare or pharmacy technician experience preferred.
