Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist in the production of high-quality chicken products. As a Production Worker, you'll be responsible for setting up and tearing down workstations, washing meat, and gathering product from the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and tear down workstations as required
  • Wash meat that has spilled onto the production floor
  • Gather product from the production floor in accordance with food safety guidelines
  • Wash product gathered from the production floor in accordance with food safety guidelines and meat wash procedure
  • Report all important events to the Lead and/or Debone Supervisor in a timely manner
  • Responsible for any and all directives set forth by the Debone Supervisor
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with your hands and/or arms. You'll also need to be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.

Working Conditions:

As a Production Worker, you'll be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and extreme cold. You may also be exposed to high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
