Responsibilities
  • Execute operational plans aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Maintain high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness

Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
