Key Responsibilities:- Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses and writing materials, to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Clean all areas of guest rooms, including bathrooms, floors, mirrors, and furniture, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust and polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings, to maintain a polished appearance.
- Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork to ensure a clean and fresh environment.
- Wash windows, door panels, and sills to maintain a clear view and a clean appearance.
- Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Replace light bulbs and remote batteries if needed to maintain a functional environment.
- Abides by the regulations set forth by the material safety data sheets when using chemicals to maintain a safe environment.
- Reports on working for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy to maintain a professional appearance.
- Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties to maintain a high level of quality and service.
- Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner to provide excellent customer service.
- General Education High School GED Required
- Able to communicate in English verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
