POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing branch operations by managing applicant processes, assisting clients, and executing office protocols and systems. Your contributions will uphold the company’s reputation for quality service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are essential to the role and may vary based on specific circumstances:

  • Welcome visitors to the office
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage job advertisement responses and applicant processing
  • Conduct preliminary evaluations and record assessment results for applicant registration
  • Facilitate prescreening interviews and coordinate team interview schedules
  • Input applicant data into the Office Automation system
  • Maintain records in compliance with the Quality Manual and ISO standards
  • Provide ongoing support and information to temporary associates
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing team meetings, generating reports, and monitoring task completion
  • Process weekly payroll for temporary staff within deadlines
