KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to ensure exceptional, fulfilling, and enduring customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities.
  • Showcase strong analytical skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Hold accreditation with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
  • Possess a valid Life/Health Insurance License.
  • Preferred: Proven history of achieving sales targets.
