We're seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team at The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategies and driving business growth. Responsibilities

This position involves overseeing the month-end close process, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. You'll be responsible for leading financial analysis, developing and maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting will help drive informed decision-making across the organization.

You'll also be responsible for supervising and mentoring direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. This will involve coaching and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.

Key skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in non-profit reporting accounting or finance. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required. Experience in charitable non-profit environments with high-volume donor transactions and public accounting experience are preferred.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off.
