Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering individualized patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Always partner with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using such appropriate methods for setting and purpose.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a manner that is fiscally responsible and promotes the recruitment and retention of all healthcare team members.
- Participate and support performance improvement, inclusive of all stakeholders, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, along with customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) Required.
