Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Quality Lead to join our team at Atlantis Industries Corporation. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of quality-related projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating sample submissions of new product and engineering changes with customers and project engineers
  • Developing Control Plans, Process Flows, PFMEAs, and other required PPAP or FAI documentation
  • Providing guidance to inspectors, operators, processors, and supervisors regarding customer agreed specifications
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers quality representative, and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in formalized problem solving
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001-2015
