Position Overview: Field Technician

Role Summary: The primary focus of this position is to administer fertilizer and weed management solutions across a diverse portfolio of over 200 properties. This role also encompasses occasional maintenance duties and quarterly evaluations of properties, along with the daily responsibility of loading and unloading service vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in handling fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides, along with the necessary licenses
  • In-depth understanding of Commercial Lawn Maintenance and Irrigation systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate products to mitigate insect issues, weed proliferation, turf ailments, and nutrient shortages
  • Keep assigned power spray equipment in a safe, clean, and functional state
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations concerning equipment usage
  • Oversee the distribution of chemicals, maintain usage logs, and enforce safety measures
  • Ensure a secure working environment for spray teams, complying with OSHA standards
