Position Overview:

BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced board certified/board eligible Rheumatologist to join our established practice located at BayCare Gessler Clinic in Winter Haven, Florida. This opportunity is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians, offering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our Practice:
  • We have a team of several primary care providers and specialty providers to collaborate with.
  • No hospital call is involved, allowing for a better work-life balance.
  • We have on-site imaging and laboratory draw facilities for convenient patient care.

Nestled in the heart of Central Florida, Winter Haven is a charming city known for its beautiful lakes and warm community. Our office is strategically located across the street from Winter Haven Hospital, providing easy access to a wide range of services and specialties.

Qualifications:
  • Board Eligibility or Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Rheumatology.
  • Florida Medical License (or eligibility to receive a Florida Medical License).
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment.
