Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain an RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) program.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify, evaluate, and mitigate business and technology risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Assess and enhance the bank's Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform to support a secure environment that meets or exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with peers and business lines to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals.
  • Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with both technical and non-technical understanding across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide management status reporting to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Resolve complex problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, requirements, or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking probing questions and identify and involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.
  • Provide training to associates on applicable policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred.
  • 4+ years' expert understanding of IAM concepts, including access controls and the identity and access provisioning life cycle.
  • 2+ years' experience in IAM governance, risk, and controls required.
  • 2+ years' experience in Sailpoint configuration and support preferred.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT security architecture, and IT regulatory compliance.
Work Arrangement

This role is a full-time, salary exempt position. Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site at our headquarters in Newark, OH, or our offices in Weston (Miami) or Orlando, FL.
