Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dentist (DDS, DMD) to join our team at a correctional facility. As a Dental Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality dental care to incarcerated individuals, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental screenings and treatments to patients
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including gum disease and tooth decay
  • Perform routine cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Prescribe medications as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited dental program (DDS or DMD)
  • Current licensure as a Dentist (DDS or DMD) in the state where the position is located
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental setting
