As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Cardiac Intermediate Care unit, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in our Cardiac Intermediate Care unit, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license required.
