Job Details

AMN Healthcare is seeking a skilled Histotechnician to join our team. As a Histotechnician, you will play a critical role in preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tissue samples for histopathological examination
  • Operate microtomes and other laboratory equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks on tissue samples
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Histotechnician
  • ASCP HT/HTL certification
  • Excellent attention to detail and physical dexterity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Work Environment:
