Compensation Details:

Hourly Wage: $15.00/hour

Average Annual Earnings: $42,200/year (based on full-time status)

Shift Premium may Apply

We offer an unlimited commission plan, allowing you to earn significantly more than just your hourly wage. With a minimum commission guarantee for the first two months, you can start building your income from day one.

About the Role:

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for renting cars and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This involves processing contracts, identifying customer needs, upselling our offerings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Professional, engaging personality
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
  • 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
