Wright Tree Service is a leading provider of arboriculture services, seeking an experienced and skilled Tree Pruner to join our team.

As a Tree Pruner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients' trees. Your expertise in pruning and trimming techniques will enable you to work efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews and/or has successfully completed applicable performance reviews. You will be required to possess a basic knowledge of trees, including identification, growth habits, and correct arboricultural techniques for trimming, pruning, repairing, maintaining, and removing trees in close proximity to energized conductors.

You will be responsible for enforcing on-the-job safety practices, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients, and representing Wright Tree Service in a professional manner. In addition, you will need to be able to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis and up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a valid commercial driver's license (dependent on Division and utility/contract requirements) and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. You will also be required to maintain a herbicide applicator or operators certification and license as required by Wright Tree Service and local, state, and federal law.
