Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled residential cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our community's shared spaces and ensure that unoccupied apartments are prepared for incoming residents.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the apartment community.
  • Prepare and clean vacant apartments for new occupants.
  • Collect litter and debris from grounds and communal spaces.
  • Ensure storage areas and cleaning carts are well-stocked, organized, and tidy.

Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the community's operations.
