- Deliver direct patient care and assess patient conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare the procedure room, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use.
- Assist in obtaining necessary supplies for individual cases.
- Monitor and position patients during procedures, administering moderate sedation under physician supervision.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives and continuous quality enhancement activities.
Patient Care Duties:
Oversee the admission, recovery, and discharge processes for patients in the Cardiovascular Lab. This includes:
- Providing direct patient care and evaluating outcomes.
- Consulting with healthcare team members as necessary.
- Adjusting nursing care processes to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
- Conducting thorough assessments and reassessments as per established protocols.
