Culinary Artist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000.

Purple Cow Restaurants seeks a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to lift at least 25 pounds. You should also have a strong sense of guest service and urgency, as well as good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain established company procedures for the kitchen and personal behavior.
• Prepare and assemble food products in a consistent and timely manner.
• Communicate with management and other staff members regarding production, inventory, and resource issues.
• Ensure a clean environment for production while adhering to health code standards.

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of guest service and urgency.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

• Ability to read tickets and/or kitchen display screens.
