About the Role

The Regional Director of Membership will serve as the face and feet of the FICPA in the region, responsible for upholding our mission, growing membership, and maintaining positive relationships with firms, chapters, and members.

You will meet monthly recruiting and revenue goals, engage new members, and assist local chapter leaders with successful onboarding and connectivity to all programs, products, and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a sales and goal-oriented mindset, consultative sales style, and excellent written and verbal skills. You will also need to be intuitive in building relationships, highly organized, and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
