Job Summary:

This Water Restoration Technician role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading restoration company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to water losses, sewer backups, and mold remediation. Your duties will include various construction tasks and demolition, as well as training new laborers. We are looking for career-minded individuals with a desire to learn all facets of this department.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with adjusters and TPAs for approvals and job updates.
* Write sketches and determine the scope of work.
* Utilize industry-specific platforms, including Mica, Dash, and Xactware.
* Train new employees on all facets of the production process using the crawl, walk, run method.
* Perform on-site production services, including water extraction, demolition, and mold remediation.
* Maintain functionality and service of equipment.

Requirements:

* Minimum one year of experience required.
* Must possess IICRC WRT Certification.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and physical.
* Willingness to become IICRC Certified to grow with the company.
