Job Description

BAE Systems USA is seeking a talented Sr. Space Systems Ops & Sustainment professional to join our team. As a member of our O&M team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Operations Planning and Command and Control, including monitoring day-to-day activities and identifying and solving challenging problems.

About the Role

You will work in an adaptable small team environment (3-7 people) and maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support in a dynamic and diverse environment to ensure seamless execution of critical software and hardware systems.
  • Work closely with a certified team of subject matter experts to identify and solve challenging problems as they occur.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 4 or more years related experience.
  • A current, active TS/SCI with CI Poly government issued security clearance.

Estimated Salary Range

$92,290 - $156,860 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
