Physical Therapist Role at Soliant Health

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to work with patients in the Painted Post, New York area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' specific needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate continued progress and independence.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs is required.
